Refund Policy

Our refund policy allows visitors to request a refund if a booking is cancelled before the scheduled visit time, subject to the park’s cancellation guidelines. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a specified timeframe. However, no refunds will be issued for late cancellations, no-shows, or if the visitor fails to comply with park rules and entry requirements.
